Progress continues swiftly at our amenity village, where buildings are rising as new golf and dining amenities take shape.
Final shaping and subsurface drainage installation are well underway on the 48,500-square-foot putting green, a signature feature of the property designed by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy and constructed by Glase Golf Construction.
The expansive putting green will feature subtle slopes and undulations, allowing for a fun and adventurous 18-hole putting course that can be configured in a variety of ways.
Players will also enjoy convenient on-course beverage service, with drink holders at every hole and easy access to refreshments and rental putters at The Gimme concession area just steps away. Drinks can also be delivered directly on the course.
The space will offer a dynamic setting for friendly competition, relaxed evenings with family and friends, and private events.
Golf Course Development Update
The Golf Maintenance and Environmental Center is nearing completion, with the team expected to move in by March. The agronomy team is looking forward to transitioning into the new state-of-the-art facility after operating from a temporary maintenance compound during construction.
