September marked another major step forward as The Gate continues to come to life!
Significant progress is now visible across the exteriors of several buildings, with many features beginning to take shape. At Oakwood Grill, patio structuring and flooring is currently being installed, helping transform the outdoor dining spaces that will overlook the golf course and entertainment venues.
Around The Pavilion, landscaping is underway as plants and greenery are added throughout the area. Inside the bar, the modular system has been delivered and is now being installed, bringing the space closer to becoming a flexible gathering spot for events, dining, and entertainment.
At The Bays, slat walls are being added between the suites, creating comfortable semi-private spaces designed for social gatherings and practice while maintaining views of the facility.
Across the golf course and practice range, turf conditions continue to improve as the grasses mature and establish themselves. With each passing week, the course is becoming greener, fuller, and more reflective of the playing surfaces guests will enjoy when The Gate opens.
Every area of the property is seeing meaningful advancements, and it’s exciting to watch the vision for The Gate come together day by day.

We’re also excited to welcome two key additions to the growing Gate team. Thomas Lydic has joined us as Director of Golf, and Kiersten McGinn has joined us as Event Sales Manager.
